Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard server log data.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or knowingly collect financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or any other special-category data through this website. Please do not send such information through the inquiry form.

6. Who we share information with

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as the relationship is active, and for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Server logs are kept for a shorter period, typically 30 days.

After that, we delete the information or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

8. How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limiting who inside Telerove can see inquiry data, and vetting of the providers we use.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affects your rights, where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Have your information deleted
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent, where we relied on it

To exercise any of these, email privacy@telerove.com. We will respond within the time the law allows, normally one month. We may need to verify your identity first.

If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

10. International transfers

Telerove is based in USA. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in USA and in any country where our service providers operate.

Where we transfer personal information out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy.

11. Children

This website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a material change, we will make that clear on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
